The steam wand spring, seat and gasket are included with this wand. From the ball up it goes:

• PTFE gasket with o-ring
• metal flat spring seat washer
• spring

For some reason that didn't include the PTFE valve to wand , so it would be a good choice to pick up a couple of these...
